Pancreatic cancer for me. I did the prostate screen a few years ago and got cleared. My biopsy was part of an ultrasound-guided endoscopy, using a needle to extract a sample through the intestine wall, all under full anesthesia.

I also got a regular ultrasound, three CT scans, a PET scan, and the MRI. Total overkill (excuse the pun) but in addition to confirming the cancer they found a bunch of unrelated minor surprises that would bear watching if I were going to live another ten years. The insurance companies won't cover it but I think anyone our age should just get a CT scan to see what's going on in there.
